Mostafa Mohamed has been at I&D since late 2010. Senior Lawyer in civil, and commercial disputes, and international commercial arbitration; Highly knowledgeable and previous years of experience in Drafting, reviewing appeals to Appellate Courts and the Supreme Court; Drafting, reviewing and negotiating business agreements, performing legal research, analysis, writing and drafting legal opinions; Specialist Legal Counsel in the drafting of civil and commercial contracts.

Most of his work has involves contract, remedies, assignment and third party rights; also his experience is focused on international commercial disputes (with an emphasis on sale of goods).

He has handled a broad array of real- property disputes, ownership disputes, real-estate transactions, including commercial, residential, and conservation easements.

·      Managed litigation in more than one case on behalf of companies in lawsuits related with commercial transactions.

·      Has been handled with an arbitration case concerning one of the largest energy companies and its related lawsuit before Cairo appellate court.

·      Gave advice on managing disputes to a known developer about a large housing project in The 6th October City in Egypt.

·      Represented an international company for catering in a compensation case against Cairo air Port Company about dispute about license to use restaurants in the terminal zone.
